President - The President shall be the principal executive officer of the League and shall in general supervise and control all of the business and affairs of the League, subject to the general powers of the Board of Directors. He/she shall preside at all meetings of the members and the Board of Directors. He/she shall also attend district meetings and ensure information is relayed to the NSLL Board and coaches.
Vice President - In the absence of the President, the Vice President shall assume all of the duties of the President role. The Vice President shall also organize the annual All Star game to be played in conjunction with the Long Grove Strawberry Festival.
Treasurer - The Treasurer is responsible for all funds of the NSLL. The Treasurer shall prepare a Treasurer's Report for each Board meeting.
Secretary - The Secretary shall keep minutes of all meetings and ensure that all meeting notices are posted or emailed in a timely manner.
Information Officer - The Information Officer shall have general control of the NSLL email account and shall relay information as needed to all players, coaches, parents and Board members.
Eldridge Town Rep - The Town Rep shall organize all facets of Tee Ball, which is jointly played between Eldridge, Long Grove and Park View. This includes registrations, payments, scheduling, coach selection, team distribution, and communication. The Eldridge Town rep shall be in constant communication with the City of Eldridge on game cancellations field scheduling changes.
Long Grove Town Rep - The Town Rep shall organize all facets of Tee Ball, which is jointly played between Eldridge, Long Grove and Park View. This includes registrations, payments, scheduling, coach selection, team distribution, and communication. The Long Grove Town Rep has general oversight of Long Grove field scheduling, field preperations on game days, and the concession stand.
Park View Town Rep - Coordinates all connection with the NSLL and the Park View Park Board.
Sponsor Coordinator - The Sponsor Coordinator shall work with local businesses to secure team sponsorship. He/she will be responsible for tracking and collection sponsor payments. He/she will also be responsible for receiving team pictures, and producing end-of-year thank you plaques for sponsors.
Coaches Coordinator - Coaches Coordinator manages the connection between NS High School baseball and NSLL. Also manages the NLSS night at the High School.
Uniform Coordinator - Uniform Coordinator will collect information and order all uniforms for all NSLL teams.
Equipment Coordinator - Equipment Coordinator will ensure all equipment is in good condition and order replacement equipment as needed. He/she will distribute equipment to coaches at the beginning of the season, coordinate replacement equipment if needed throughout the season, and collect all equipment from coaches at the end of the season.
Scheduler - The scheduler is responsible for scheduling all league games. Also has general oversight of preseason assessments and is responsible for organizing assessment data.
Awards Coordinator - Awards Coordinator will order and distribute all awards including All Start Participant medals and end-of-year tournament medals / trophies.
At-Large Members - At Large Members are required to attend Board meetings and will have a vote on board issues along with all of the officers. At-Large Members agree that they will fill in for any needs or open officer positions if asked.
All Board Members - All Board Members are expected to attend NSLL Board Meetings. The Board Members will work collectively at the end of teh season to manage coordination of any post season or Little League World Series play.
